Norden's afternoon club runs from 14:15 until 16:45 and offers diverse, pedagogically meaningful activities for students from our school and from other schools. Arts, technology, movement, languages and homework support — all in one welcoming afternoon.

Diverse, meaningful activities every afternoon

Our programme is designed to complement the school day — building skills, encouraging creativity and giving students space to unwind together.

  • ESL — English as a second language

    Students who wish to develop their English further practise speaking, listening and comprehension in a relaxed, supportive setting.

  • IT & media literacy

    Students learn to use search engines, applications and digital tools effectively, and to analyse media messages with a critical eye.

  • Arts & crafts

    Creative sessions in which students produce their own art pieces, improving thinking skills, organisational ability and hands-on technique.

  • Dancing

    Movement and dance activities that raise body awareness, encourage self-expression, relieve stress and support a healthy identity.

  • Board games

    Engaging group play that teaches the importance of rules, turn-taking and enjoying structured activity with peers.

  • Homework support

    Afternoon club staff help students work through their assignments in a calm, focused environment.

Who can join the afternoon club?
The afternoon club is open to students from Norden International School and students from other schools. Both Norden and external students are welcome.
What are the club hours?
The club starts at 14:15. Students depart between 16:00 and 16:45.
What is the monthly fee?
The fee is €200 plus VAT per month. This covers all arts and crafts materials as well as a light snack.
What is included in the fee?
Arts and crafts materials for creative sessions and a light afternoon snack are included. There are no additional activity charges.
How do I register my child?
Contact us by phone or email to register. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00.
